Grant of a patent for invention

Service requests
Submit:
1) The application shall grant of a patent;
2) Description of the invention;
3) The one or more claims;
4) Drawings shall, if made in the description or claim there are references to them;
5) The summary;
6) Document on the payment (see Cabinet of Ministers on 15 December 2015 Regulation No. 723 "Patent Office price list of paid services").
Grant of a patent application form available to the Patent Office or the Patent Office website www.lrpv.gov.lv.
Receipt of services
The invitation to attend the presentation of the Patent Office after the patent for invention.
The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.

For filing of a patent application, for filing of an application for supplementary protection certificate, and for conversion of a European patent application	120.00 EUR
For each claim in excess of 10 in a patent application	20.00 EUR
For grant of a patent and for its publication	90.00 EUR
For each page of description and claims in excess of 10 in patent publication and patent register	5.00 EUR
