Service requests
A person who arranges the international registration procedure for a trade mark shall submit the necessary documents in Latvian; the list of goods and services in respect of which the international registration is requested shall, at his or her choice, be submitted in English or French, The registration, registration of the international registration of the trade mark and other activities related to international registration shall be paid in international registration rules; and in accordance with the procedures and in the amount specified in Latvian regulatory enactments.Receipt of services
The International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organisation shall send a registration certificate to the applicant after the trade mark has been entered in its register.
