Process description

  1. Submission of the application
    An appropriate application, a document certifying the transfer of rights have to be submitted and the specified fee has to be paid

  2. Change of design owner and publication
    The Patent Office shall include information in the Register of Designs about the change of the owner of a registered design and publish it in the Official Gazette, as well as send a notification to the owner (owners) regarding the amendments made in the Register.
